Ways To Prevent Urinary Tract Infection

4. Wear the right clothes

Tight fabric can create a moist area and leads to breeding of bacteria. Using cotton underwear might decrease your chances of getting UTIs. Wear breathable underwear to avoid moisture creation.

5. Eat probiotics
